Quality Control
A controlled process from raw material to shipment, with quality records kept through production. Certification documentation is only referenced where it applies to a specific agreed program.
Nine steps, from yarn to shipment
Quality is not a single check — it is built into each stage of the process.

- 01
Raw Material Control
Yarn quality is checked before knitting to confirm the specified raw material is used.
- 02
Knitting
Machines are set to the agreed construction and gauge; production parameters are recorded.
- 03
Dyeing
Colour is developed and matched against approved standards before bulk processing.
- 04
Finishing
Finishing steps are applied to achieve the specified hand feel, width and performance.
- 05
Fabric Inspection
Knitted fabric is inspected for defects according to the agreed inspection standard.
- 06
Laboratory Testing
Physical and performance tests are carried out to verify the agreed specification.
- 07
Roll Inspection
Final rolls are checked for length, width, weight and appearance before packing.
- 08
Packing
Fabric is packed to protect it through transport and keep rolls clean on arrival.
- 09
Shipment
Shipping documents and records are prepared so each order can be traced end to end.
